We are excited to announce the launch of our iOS-based Agent Mobile App for Asista. This iOS App is designed for the Agent Role in Asista i.e. your agents, managers and supervisors. Using this iOS Mobile App, your agents can now perform all agent-related tasks of your Asista Portal on any compatible mobile device, wherever they are.
The iOS Agent Mobile App for Asista allows your Asista Portal’s agents to view and manage tickets that are assigned to him as well as created by him. He can also pick up tickets from the pool on the go and update ticket information and statuses the same way he would on a desktop version if the Asista application
We hope this app will help your agents, managers and supervisors to manage tickets more effectively.
